Thane started at Advocates for Access in 2014. He previously worked as a Foster Care Case Manager upon his retirement from the city of Peoria. Thane was a Peoria Police officer for 10 years. Thane enjoys being able to help people remain independent in their home and in the community. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.
